MOTIVATION........

Motivation..

I don't know why I can't get motivated to do anything. To do school work, go to school, scrapbook.. I'm not depressed just can't get myself together to do stuff that I need to do. I'm taking care of the kids and home, but not really taking care of stuff for ME..

When becoming a full-time stay at home mom (I guess semi-full-time) does taking care of everyone else mean I don't care for myself? I haven't been to a crop in MONTHS.. I haven't really done anything scrapbooking except for swaps that I have participated in on the wonderful website Scrapbook.com..

Maybe it's just me.. Trying to do to much. But isn't that like us women to do more than we need to do? We are always putting more on ourselves and worrying about others besides ourselves. Us women put more emphasis on our loved ones. Sometimes we need to worry about ourselves and take care of ourselves..

I guess I will get out this slump and make the best of my situation..

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day

Our family rested a lot today. I know that my husband needed that rest today.

My husband is such a simple man. He just wanted cheeseburgers and a homemade banana pudding. I did what was asked of my dear husband. He has been holding down the fort since I don't have a job right now and am a full time student.

I will go and visit my father tomorrow when I leave school.

I hope that everyone had a joyable day with their father's and husband's.

Absent Minded

I can't believe that it has been over a year since I have logged onto my Blog.. Well still learning is what I do I guess.. LOL

Since my last post I have lost my job and started Court Reporting school.

I don't think that we are ever too old to continue to learn something. Court Reporting school is a great opportunity for me to do something else.

I have so much stuff that I want to do and it just feels like there are not enough hours in the day.
         1. Scrapbook More
         2. Learn Court Reporting to the best of my ability
         3. Learn to stamp
         4. Learn to make cards
         5. Brush up on my croqueting.
        
I think we all feel overwhelmed at times. And I feel overwhelmed just a little. But it doesn't help that I need some motivation..

Blogging

I have been trying to get the hang of blogging. Not only for myself but for fellow scrapbookers. I know that I am not all that technical when it comes to doing stuff on the World Wide Web. But I am going to tackle this "demon" one day at a time. Learning something new is never easy but I believe it keeps us on our toes and keeps our minds sharp. An idle brain makes for an empty brain. I'm trying to look through all my scrapbooks to find layouts that "I" feel are of my best work. But I think that when we look at ourselves we tend to judge ourselves more harder than anyone else. So pictures will be coming soon of the layouts that "I" feel are my best.. LOL

Interesting Day

With this being my first post of the day I thought it would be interesting to tell of how my day was today. Well let me start with yesterday..... It was time to go to church and I asked my daughter to start my truck up. When she did there was a screech noise that came from the truck. I just disregarded it.. Trying to get to church on time.. LOL Well later that day I heard a noise when I was driving back home from picking up my daughter from her Girl Scout meeting. Well this morning I asked my dear husband to go check out the truck because I heard a hissing noise from yesterday. Well low and behold he goes to check the truck and there under the truck is a dead CAT!!!! It was between the motor and the fan. So I guess the sound we heard on Sunday morning was me killing the poor cat that had undoubtedly crawled under the truck to get to the warmth since it was a little cool. This was an experience today..... I don't think anyone wants to see picks of that.. LOL Have a wonderful day.....
